Reality is Subjective | NLP is Fun

You can program your mind for what you want, Think about Reality as being all in your mind.
When you think about this, anything will be possible if it is True.
And ..
You won't know if it is true or not, unless you experiment with it for yourself....

Some people have far to many reasons not to believe in what they want. They spend a great deal of time:
Feeling unhappy
Thinking about their problems
Protecting their Limitations
Arguing in defense of their self imposed Limitations
Then they get overwhelmed and their thinking patterns become a jumbled mess.
Reality is subjective to each persons experience. Even if lots of people participate in the same Event, each person will perceive it differently.
Having a Reality that works for you then is the ultimate goal.
A reality check is a reality that works in your favor then, isn't it ?

Otherwise, your mind will be dragging you around instead of leading yourself to absolute success in any endeavor
Having a Powerful mind is thinking, feeling and behaving on purpose.
Changing your mind may not happen overnight but in lots of cases life changing Mind Mastery happens super fast especially when using NLP.
The more each person immerses themselves in NLP and practice frequently the more intensely the change will be experienced.
Plus they will be spending less time feeling bad, and that in itself is amazing.

Thinking about what you want is more important than worrying about what you don't have.
And ..
The more you think about what you want,
1. The more real it feels.
2. The more likely you are to believe it is possible
3. The more familiar it will become to you
4. The more suggestions your unconscious mind will present to achieve it
5. The more you will be in alignment with your wants
6. The More committed you will be to your goals
7. The More Actions you will take to achieve your result
8. The faster you will achieve your outcomes
9. The sooner you will notice you are living your dreams
10. The more effectively and productive you will be in your life

Seems like a Great way to get more of what you want and experience pleasure at the same time.

What is stopping you | NLP is Fun

Is there something that you want and you do not seem to Go for it in the way you feel you "Could or should" ?
Many times people do not take the action they want unless they turn the "Could and Should" into a Must.
Unconscious Processes that Trigger negative emotions work against you. Change feelings to something that motivates you instead. | NLP is Fun

This has a great deal to do with what you are focusing on.
If I say to you what is stopping you, you may say well I can't do/have/go after it because ________
We have already spoken about the Significance and meaning you attach to your beliefs here .

1. You can spend time thinking about the result of what you want, in just 10 minutes each day for a whole week.
2. Motivate yourself as part of your strategy and then take action  now towards what you want.
3. The next week double up to 20 Minutes of focused attention on what you want each day.
4.The third week do 15 minutes a day and brainstorm the solutions with a dedicated notebook to your ideas.
5. Take another 15 minutes in moving the process forward, with Real Action.

Remember to spend a few moments Releasing stress before you begin to focus on what you want.

Notice what is working and what is not working and increase what works eliminate what isn't.
Always think about your self and your life in terms of Infinite possibility. 
Pretty soon you will begin to automatically Think of yourself and your current situation differently.

Belief Check points | Meaning and Significance | NLP is Fun

Did you know, the meaning you attach to any circumstance will define the significance of your experience.
Remember we have discussed the idea that Beliefs are made up. and are not real.
When it comes to beliefs today we are speaking about what you have decided something means.

For example:
  • What did this Event mean, why did _____________ happen?
  • What Did this person mean when they Said/Did/Implied ________________?
  • What have I decided Now
  • What am I going to choose to do about this
Your Actions are based on these decisions, which for the most part are unconscious processing and because of this there are frequently no check points to question these beliefs  which means they are just accepted. What if you could interview yourself about these beliefs.

The thing is, perhaps the real question should be:
Is what you are doing now, helpful or not ?
Is it getting you to your destination ?


There is a consequence to having beliefs that limit you in any way isn't there. I am sure you know this already, In this Post I explained how your action is based on your Belief.
So if your action is based on your belief, that surely means your results are based on your beliefs too.
Let us begin to understand how this is happening.

Exercise:
You have lots of reasons that you Can't do _____________ but you want __________ don't you?
So you say to yourself as well as others:
I would __________________________ but I can't because I don't have ___________ and I don't have ___________ because of ____________

Fill in the gaps and review it for yourself you will discover what your own limiting belief truly is.
It is quite interesting to experience it in this format isn't it. let us go further.

For example:
Have you decided __________________ is not possible because of your past results in _________?

Let us discover a simple re - frame. We can change the direction of the frame which will help us to understand what we mean at the Deep Structure.
In other words, what is underneath this choice ?
Why are we choosing this ?
What do we really mean ? 

Turn it around:
If this is the case, what would happen if you eliminated this belief and did the exact opposite ?
What would the consequence be ?
What if you turned it around completely ?

Is it Possible ?
For anyone ?
For Me ?
Am I capable ?
Do I need additional resources ?

Do I want it enough to apply the effort ?
Am I connected to the outcome ?
Is this the best way ?
Have I changed my mind ?
How High is this on my priority list ?

How Much Significance does the end result Hold ?
Is this a Try or a Must ?
Why Must you have it ?
Get connected to your outcome, find out more here  ?
How does this effect your Ecology now and later ?
What will you gain in the short Term?
What will you gain in the long term ?

Are you congruent with the outcome  ?

Next Level Motivation | NLP is Fun

Isn't it time to do something different, doing what you have always done is never going to get you all that your heart longs for.
A great way to connect to your Goals is to create a Book of Motivating Thoughts with Pictures that engage your senses.
Helping you to imagine the experience. and Flip through it frequently. Here is a Picture of one I created a Few Years ago.
I have written several more since then, It is amazing to read them and find out what I have already accomplished or what has unconsciously become second nature now.
Write down your Affirmations and Goals then Bring then to Life  using NLP, Create a Book of Motivating thoughts.  

This week at NLP is Fun in Las Vegas we discussed Creating Motivation Strategies with NLP at our Workshop. Using Motivation strategies is about pairing associations to things that already naturally motivate you.
The results are magnificent and long lasting.

This cannot be done until you just decide.

How to Release Stress | NLP is Fun

Did you know Stress can creep up and take over you.
In order to be proactive and not reactive to stress you must have a plan in position to release all stress on a regular basis.
Here is an easy way to solve this.

Release Stress Mind Map | NLP is Fun

Make some notes, or if you prefer just bookmark this page, This is going to be easy and fun.
The Daily objective is to always feel better, as long as you remember this you are moving in the right direction. so just decide to spend at least some time doing this each day.

Smile as frequently as you can remember, the more you smile the better you will feel and people will enjoy it and let you know.

Focus more on what you love and less on what annoys you or you do not like.
Spend a few minutes paying attention to releasing stress and anxiety.
Breathe in love and release all fear/Anxiety/Stress/Worry/Doubt and other emotions that feel bad do this in rounds of 3 at least super slowly (nobody will know you are doing it).

Visualize pushing out and rejecting bad or nasty thoughts the further from you the better you feel, can you notice this.
Say This All is well frequently.
Just Decide to Stop Feeling bad and feeding the feel bad Bonfire.
Expect the Best always train your mind to improve at doing this by actively doing positive self talk Self hypnosis, and listening to positive dialogue.

Negative Thinking creates "Secret Stress" that Piles up quickly:
Negative Thoughts Infect your thinking and can create a Mind virus that spreads all the way through your life.
Regularly clear your mind and reset by thinking about your best bits and those you love until you feel better.
Relaxing music that feels wonderful.
Soak in a Bath, Jacuzzi or the Pool

Cut out:
Negative TV
Arguing with people who love to be right for attention and little else
Music that has secret directives that you chant over and over again
Adverts that make you eat bad things, Drink too much take drugs or behave irresponsibly and against your core values.
Programs that involve fighting and negative behavior that is infused with glamour and envious associations
Car Crash TV of any kind
Bad news TV Channels

Beware of the affects of participating in the following:
Xenophobia, Racism, negative thought trains against other individuals and Groups
Video Games that reward you for killing people and make it really life like
And anything else that affects your state for the worst every time you do it.
Limit your contact with it and when you are ready work towards removing it all together.

The following NLP Language pattern can be used when being artfully Vague and inspiring a person to find and agree with solutions inside of them.

Maybe you already know that NLP is great for Negotiation of any kind. and this pattern is perfect for implying possibility.

Maybe, you will think differently about a Limiting belief you had
Maybe you haven't _____________ Yet and that doesn't mean you won't later !
Maybe you haven't thought of all the ways in which _______________ is Possible now!
Maybe you have experienced ____________ for yourself and you love it too
Maybe you wont take as long as you thought when you ________________
Maybe ______________________ will be so much easier then you know
Maybe when ____________ it will inspire you to ________________ which you had been avoiding before now
Maybe using this pattern in your problems will cause you to _______________ so much more quickly
Maybe he __________________ and maybe he didn't perhaps we will never truly know for sure
Maybe she will realize it is possible and _________________ before the end of the day

Maybe you will discover more ways to use this Covert language pattern
Maybe the situation will work out to your advantage

Virginia Satir Demonstrating Flexibility | NLP is Fun

Original NLP Patterns Contributor Virginia Satir of course was a Master of Change work. The way in which she was able to Relate and Communicate with people to achieve her outcome using Verbal and Non Verbal Communication was intoxicating to experience.


Virginia was beyond flexible, always looking for options and choices to dislodge the problem by re-framing the hidden possibilities and options.

She helped us to understand In fact, that the power to Change has everything to do with being willing to be flexible doesn't it.

Have you ever met a person who was unwilling to change and demanded that "things" stay the same or "go back to normal" ?
In fact they would somehow wrestle you to the ground in order to maintain the present state no matter how problematic.

In the following 2 Video's Virginia Satir demonstrates Several Examples of Flexibility.


What I also love about this Video is how she is willing to take many different  positions in response to one particular problem.

When people have a problem, they often perceive there are limited choice available. Perhaps presented as "this or that" and perhaps another option which they have ruled out as they feel as if "it is out of the question".

In this video the gentleman she is helping gets the chance to Phrase his "Problem" and explain it a little bit more every single time and for that he gets a Unique response to each of his statements.


Virginia uses Rapport in a way which demonstrates the value she holds for the Participant.

  • She consistently Paces his experience and gains agreement from him then will Lead him. 
  • She is an incredibly magnetic Influencer her certainty and determination is Palpable.
  • She remains energetic, enthusiastic, Focused and resourceful in her communication.
  • Virginia was an advocate for Self acceptance and self worth
  • She knew her own worth and was certain of it 
  • She valued other people always demonstrating to them their worth.

Virginia's use of Body language and Non verbals is purposeful and extremely Powerful.

NLP Language pattern | Stop | NLP is Fun

NLP Language patterns are the best, Let us speak more about Covert Hypnosis Today.
Sometimes, a Simple word can change everything, as can the way in which you use a word.
When I say change everything I mean:
Make a Change
You can keep the change
Change is Good
And you can change everything by just using one word too.

And the Amazing thing about Playing with language is the response you are getting from those whom you are using Hypnotic Language with.


Today the Word we are using is STOP
Simple isn't it.
One small word with a whole lot of Impact.
This word immediately interrupts any pattern and demands that you take action, doesn't it.

Here is the Pattern
Stop and Consider
Stop did you Notice
Stop and Wonder
Stop for a moment and
Stop and smell the roses
Stop and Imagine this hypnotic Language pattern working in your favor
Stop and Listen to the thoughts you like the most
Stop Chunking everything down and change direction by chunking up
Stop thinking you are rubbish at language patterns and play with this simple one for a whole week

Beliefs Filter our Experience | NLP is Fun

Dear Friends, did you know that once thoughts become Beliefs They Filter our Experience in just about every way.
This means your behavior is a result of your beliefs.
Everything you do comes from a choice constructed from your beliefs.

NLP has a variety of incredible tools to change what you believe and it is really easy when you understand how beliefs are created,
Sometimes this is useful if your  Limiting beliefs are the opposite of what you want to believe. You will know this because you attempt to do something and don't ever have the "belief juice" to accomplish the goal,

No amount of effort will keep you there when unconsciously you are dissociated from your Self sabotaging action that goes against your best outcome.
Perhaps you have also began to say "I can't _____"


It is quite interesting to know that a thought creates a belief and Not an Experience.
An Experience seems as if it Creates a Belief doesn't it.
At least this is what some Believe.

And, beliefs come from our own representations of experience. In other words what we Think about the experience which is a "Meta Level" of the Experience.
And to top it off, the belief does not become fully formed until we have decided that this is Actually our certain conclusion of this experience.

When we are sure about the Meaning of our Thought and confirm this, We can create a belief.
And once we have "made the belief" now the belief becomes a very strong Filter in our every experience.
