Time to Shake it up a bit

In NLP we know that if we create a spinning sensation inside out Bodies before too long, we are tingling all over in exhilaration and anticipation.

This is something that happens naturally when we do stuff that makes us happy, Last time we spoke about Spinning Feelings to create a change in Brain Chemistry and remembering Good times.

Today we are going to talk about when this naturally occurs in an autonomic way as a Kinesthetic response when we get out and do things we like.

New Years Resolutions - The Half way Mark

Hi Everyone,

I was thinking today about change and how most of us prefer not too, but can pin point where others should and expect them to do it immediately :).

Intuitively, we may know we need to improve in a certain area, but for lots of different reasons we may procrastinate, get overwhelmed or just not kick into high gear.
I think we have all experienced times like that in our lives. Have you noticed how easy it can be to loose sight of what you are doing if somebody / Thing distracts you and emotions take over ?

That's just life really isn't it, when you think of it, it can sometimes be one thing after another. So where do your Goals fit in, in that Mix and how to get past those overwhelming feelings that we get caught up in.

For example, if you were to take out those New Years resolutions you made in January are you finding yourself on task ?
We are at the Midway mark with six months left to actualize our goals yet. It may just be that, at an unconscious level you are not yet congruent.

10 Step to congruent Goal Achieving

We have talked about Well formed Outcomes before where I explain the NLP process of executing a Goal.
In this post I am talking about the mind set needed to create the perfect energetic space for congruent Goal setting.

To achieve a goal can be easier said than done, in life there are tons of variables aimed at grabbing our attention. If we are not careful we can easily get distracted without even knowing it, sometimes an unconscious desire is driving this kind of behaviour.

It is very important to create a state of congruence before hand and get clear, you can take a moment out to truly jump start your goal achieving with these 10 simple steps.

#1 Flush out the Clutter
For many people clarity and complete freedom from emotional clutter is a new idea.
You can try it on for yourself to notice the stillness that exists within that kind of harmony.

#2 Get clear and in alignment
Take a moment to relax in a comfortable chair,
Focus on any one thing internal or external
Release all judgment and thought as you just begin to stretch your body and your mind in relaxation and notice.. Your own breath

Slow all breathing down; even notice your chest rise …. And fall down gently.
As a light green blanket of peace flutters gently over you and your life .. softly brushing your cheek first then enveloping each part of your skin in one soothing motion.

Peace abounds, as you become one … with yourself, with your mind, body and soul.
As the Universe and you merge into one abstract source of energy.
Now close your eyes… if you haven’t already.

#3 Visualize the Big Picture
Now.. It is time to understand an overview of what the big picture is for you
Allow any pictures, feelings, sounds and vibrations to come into your presence and begin to notice them.
You can often tell by your own physiology and any signs of stress, faster breathing for example if this is a great fit for you, at even an unconscious level.

#4 Release all negative belief and feeling
Exhale all discord and begin to release any limiting belief, staying in positive expectation.
Gain an understanding of how to create this feeling as a physical external projection.
Focus your energy where you need it the most on creating and sustaining Empowering Belief.

 #5 Begin to form a Plan of Action
What are the next steps?
Take time to fill in the gaps of missing details even if they are abstract or hazy to begin with if they carry weight and you are drawn to them, allow yourself to explore them further.
Now begin to get even clearer.

#6 Set an Intention
Before one creates a lasting change one must have an intention, a reason for desiring the positive change in the first place.
Intention is always best understood when one is in a mood of wellness harmony and peace, take a moment to meditate on your highest intention

Ask yourself what is my intention for this action, what do I want to get out of this and what need or desire does it truly serve and secondly: why is this important to me.
Take the time out to understand the answers fully.

#7 It needs to be compelling enough to create movement
It must be compelling, enough so that on even days when you don’t feel like it, at an unconscious level there is motivational snap back to get you back in the saddle.

#8 Figure out the next steps
Once you have decided on your intention, find out what are the next steps.
Notice your energy, Physiology, and your mind state and maintain vital well being.

#9 Become Focused and Resilient
There is stuff in life that just happen, to everyone, some more than less. Decide to stay on target and watch out for massive energy drainers.

Commit to become resilient and super focused, ask yourself:
“Is this helping me to reach my goal”.
If the answer is no, Revise your Action sooner rather than later.

#10 Don’t stop till you get enough
Keep going; take it from the top until you reach your goal.
Remember when you are ready to make your Goals Well Formed Outcomes these steps will guide you through.

How to Ground yourself in Love | The Self Love Process | NLP is Fun

In times that we need state management help fast I have found that if we do nothing more than just change to this one thought so much else shifts.
The Need to have a loving relationship with ourselves first is real. This is the reason I created the Self love Process.

Focus on Love 

When you are focused on Love some amazing things begin to happen immediately.
It is impossible to think of love without having an entire Physiological shift which stands to reason because the very thought of love changes your brain chemistry your heart will reprogram your mind and your mind will also reprogram your heart.

This practice works brilliantly at home and at work and indeed in any challenging situation when you want to be in a place of strong alignment.
Remember no body knows what is going on in your mind, so take the time to do some good stuff in there.

The list of ways in which this helps is endless and completely up to you.
In the following paragraphs, I have included how focusing on Love will help you to reframe your internal representations so that they are more useful.

Just by focusing on Love, it becomes a Filter, a way of perceiving your current reality.
In Conflict resolution / Decision making
You begin to see annoying human beings as individuals in an objective even empathetic way
You can release Anger easily instead of "striking to kill"
You are able to make a human connection when previously you could not
You can release any Fear and letting go of past pain
Your heart does all the work making forgiveness easy
The need to confront others over fearful imaginations disappear
You expect the best from yourself and others
You can say what you mean in a tactful, firm and caring way for all involved
You can come from an objective point of view and understand the greater picture

Self Esteem / Positive Outlook
You begin to feel peace within yourself and you can see yourself in a brand new light
Anxiety disappears and solutions appear
It becomes very easy to feel gratitude and focus on all you do have
Your options grow as you no longer need to hold on to past destructive patterns
You find yourself becoming more agreeable and flexible
You become more radiant as you release all tension and stress
You attract greater people and opportunity just by being willing and open
You have no need to over compensate because you know you are enough
You negotiate for what you are worth as you understand your true value
You take control of your own life instead of allowing others to control you

Focusing on love is another way to meditate in the moment and only takes a split second to begin the process. Before engaging in acts of unloving behavior with yourself or others take a moment to ground yourself in love.

Center yourself and focus and notice how much better you are able to relate to yourself and others. As you begin to look for the good in each situation you truly begin to grow and become more and more resourceful, more experienced and more able to take on greater projects in life and business as your tolerance expands.

Ground yourself in Love 

Here is an exercise I designed and use often with myself and my clients, enjoy it, and notice how quickly and easily it begins to work its magic with you too.

How to / The Pattern 
Sit in a comfortable chair
Close your eyes and relax gently
Remember a time when you felt engulfed in love
Feel those sensations in your body
Notice you are even beginning to smile
Take a moment to enjoy all the physical sensations of that experience
Slow your breathing down and just be present in the moment
Hear what you heard, see what you saw, Feel what you felt
Feel a great wash of that love flowing over you again from head to toe
Notice how your nerve endings are tingling everywhere all over your body
Deep Breathe again and inhale the moment Exhale any Fear
(In your mind say) I am loved
(In your mind say) I am love
(In your mind say) I am lovable
(In your mind say) I am loving
(In your mind say) I am allowed to love myself
(In your mind say) I give myself permission to release fear and instead I accept love
Breathe in and Exhale any past unloving behavior

*Check for internal congruence and Test Operate until you find it within you, when you have it say the following:

My unconscious mind positively accepts that I am loving and lovable
Notice all the pleasing vibrations & physical sensations of this congruence
My thoughts are loving and lovable
My actions are loving and lovable
I am proud of who I am becoming
My heart Mind are connected

*Future pace
Your state with something that was previously a challenge
Notice how now you can congruently find positive pleasing alternatives and solutions
Make mental notes of the next steps in your course of action when you become fully present
When you are satisfied become present and back to the room.
