Get it if you want it | NLP is Fun | NLP Modeling

Do you know with NLP we are in the business of change and transformation?
We are speaking about Neuro Linguistic programming.
We will create a system for us to get whatever it is that we want, because those of you who know, know the heart of NLP is Modeling.

So, with that being said, define what it actually is that you truly want. and find somebody who is already achieving it in the way you would like to experience it.



Become a student of their behavior, their habits, beliefs, driving forces, rituals and patterns. Then Visualize yourself doing these things as often as you want to actually fully associate to yourself and changing your own perception of whom you are and what exactly.

Now remember that your sensory association to this process is everything, and I mean E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.
In order for you to move into this process You absolutely must shift your consciousness which means begin something Brand Spanking New.

Be Prepared to step into something that looks new, sounds new, feels new, smells and tastes new.
We call this change.

As you focus 100% on these new patterns, they begin to replace the old ways for something even better for you.
And now you know exactly how to do it.

People have all the Resources they need - NLP Presupposition

One of the NLP Presuppositions is People have all the resources that they need.
It is quite an interesting statement isn't it, perhaps you have your own opinion about it too.

Remember Opinions are created by your own subjective reality. This is a result of your own life experience and what has been taught to you by those you respect and have come to love as your figures of authority.
So even though your opinions are extremely important to you, let's lay them to the side for just a moment so that we can explore this new way of thinking.

Richard Bandler has said "People work very well they just run poor programs"  
These programs have to do with how a person is managing their sensory experience and their internal representations.
What they can hear
What they can see
What they Feel, because of the meaning they have created from the above.

In laymen terms these are their emotions, and the vehicles they choose can be behaviors like:
Procrastination 
Fear 
Depression 
Lack of Creativity 
Anger
A Focus on Scarcity
Looping the same problem over and over again 
Doubting themselves
Lack of Belief in anything Good
Negative attitude
Reluctance to change for the better
Lack of accountability 
Feeling sorry for themselves or feel like a victim

And so on.
So while we all have the same capability to problem solve and create new situations internally, when a person is unsuccessful in managing their emotions most of the time, the less results they will achieve externally.
Usually they will experience a sense of powerlessness.
They will feel as it they have limited choices, in just about any situation because this way of thinking becomes a habit.

Then their focus begins another loop of the same old stuff.
It is like a dog chasing her tail, which can be nice as a game but not so much as a success strategy.

Sometimes people are doing the wrong things, at the wrong time. This causes a lack of progress it is like putting a wrong region DVD on into an incompatible machine.
No matter how much you want the to see the movie, it will not work until you change either the DVD, the coding or the machine..


Perhaps you insist on getting popcorn and sitting in front of it hoping it will all work out for the best. Then you get upset because it is not working and then say "Nothing ever goes right for me" you are not acknowledging your own part in the fiasco.

That is what Richard Bandler means by saying  "People work very well they just run poor programs" 
On the other hand, programs were written to be updated and adjusted.

We have seen severely disadvantaged people:
Physically
Socioeconomically
Culturally
Mentally
Geographically
Overcome Massive Obstacles in their life.
Which of these stories, stands out to you the most ?

If you want to create something that you are challenging yourself with:

1. Find and example to Model and notice everything about how they are doing what they are doing.
2. Realize you have in within your neurology to change the direction of your thinking and behavior
3. Start somewhere and there is no need to Rush is, slow and steady wins the race
5. Remove the obstacles that stand in your way one at a time and consistently
6. Focus only on your End Goal, resist the temptation to tell yourself it is Hard or that you can not
7. Encourage yourself and Tell yourself your current circumstance can be changed with your Actions
8. Change the way you use your mind, feel good = good Actions = Feel better = better connection to goal
9. If one person can do it, so can you and you can also even be the first to do it, if you like
10. Create a Map from start to finish and consistently adjust it until you get there

Enjoy your life now, because Now is where we are.
We are here now, in a minute we will be somewhere else. If you live in "what if", you are missing it and will never have the chance to enjoy "Now what shall I accomplish next"  !

Internal Rapport creates External Rapport | NLP is Fun

When you feel great about yourself others like to be around you.


When you are uncomfortable at any level, people feel uncomfortable around you even when they do not know why.
Sometimes people who are nervous, send out incongruent signals that make others feel bad.
In other words having Rapport with other people, works really well once you have Rapport within yourself.

What you are thinking, affects what you are transmitting in your communication.
The Pictures you see in your expectations should be of hopeful positive situations instead of things that scare you.


The words you speak inside your head, should support whatever it is you want. If not, you are going against yourself at an unconscious level and it will affect your results. The same thing about the stories you tell about your experience and your life.
You can begin to Visualize and speak with personal power, no matter what has happened.

It doesn't become a habit until you have done it consistently so to begin with, it may feel like allot, and after a couple of months it will change what you can believe about yourself and your life.
That is pretty amazing, isn't it.


Keep going, sometimes the Big Chunk is just showing up, once you are there anything is possible.

NLP | The Disney Strategy | NLP is Fun


The Disney Strategy was modeled by Robert Dilts and is based on Walt Disney who had an extraordinary strategy for his business process and in bringing his Imaginations Into Animation.

can read more about that here. Of course this is an incredible method to use for business planning and execution.

The Pattern:
Begin with creating Three states which are:
1) The Realist
2) The Critic
3) The Dreamer

Each of which will be represented with spatial anchors, these will be used to install each of these resourceful states in later use.
Mark the three spaces out on the floor and then go through each one as outlined below.

Step 1.
What is it I want to create – The Creative Visual Dreamer / Creative Genius 
Begin to Create the spatial anchor: relive a past memory of a time of heightened creativity from your past.
As you reach the peak of that experience you will Spatially anchor this state and "Step into" the Dreamer" Spot

Next, engage in this powerful feeling using all of your resources and while fully experiencing this Amplified feeling.
Begin by answering the question:
What is it I want to create” ?
Use your whole imagination and fully engage and brainstorm as many possibilities as you can think of without restraint for this idea.
Think of the overall big picture while fully engaging in all sensory representations.

And
Now Construct your new Imaginations as it relates to the question "What is it I want to create" ?
Engage in all the Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic aspects from a 1st Perceptual Position (which is fully associated through your own eyes) - This will be your own intimate perspective as a full on sensory experience.
And a 2nd perceptual position –  Which is an observers additional perspectives which may add more ideas.

Break
State as you step out.

Step 2.
How will I bring these imaginations to Life – The Realist / Organizer
Now remember a time when you excelled in a position of a planner, you were extremely organized more so than ever before the ultimate planner, when at your peak of the experience begin to Step into The Realist Position.

As you fully engage into your Action state with all of your needed resources organize your imaginations into concrete plans, sort through what is actually possible with the resources you have available. Create a time line and a sequential action plan fully engage in the feeling part of this process to bring it to life.

Then Construct your current Visualization by engaging VAK from 1st position to 2nd perceptual Position – An outsiders perspective which allows you to gain a second look at the Idea from a completely new unbiased perspective.

Break
State as you step out of Realist position.

Step 3.
Look for any holes in your Plan – The Internal Auditor / The Project Manager 
Step Into a time when your were able to constructively analyze a situation and move the process into fruition. Create your spatial anchor by fully activating the state of being the inspector and finding flaws in a process ahead of time. Employ a solution based approach. When you are at your peak of the experience begin to Step into The Critic Position.

Now it is time to begin to walk through each aspect of your plan and inspect and test for any future inconvenience or inconsistencies. This is the perfect opportunity to ask yourself do I have a plan b or how will I overcome any hurdles along the way.
This helps to understand your true commitment level to the process right upfront.

And
Test your plans until you achieve your outcome with an internal Digital Auditory Inspection. Here you will become the project manager fine tuning the overall project and every detail for improvements every single step of the way

The Visualization experience can be further enhanced to a bigger picture / larger experience by engaging VAK from a 3rd perceptual Position with an overview of each of the 1st and 2nd perceptual positions.

Break
State as you step out.

Hint
Use The “Act As if” frame to help you with your Mental Drills and or using a Role model to help you achieve fully associated states d you cannot connect to a previous experience.

VAK = Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic sensory experience or Gestalt of emotion

Use the Tote Model as you:
  • Test
  • Operate
  • Test
  • Operate
You can use this for any decision making process or strategy.

NLP - Internal Representations | NLP is Fun

I often ask people to keep a track of what they are Putting into their minds, TV Shows,Movies and Pictures, all create lasting Impressions that influence our behaviours as do Radio Shows, The People you hang out with, your family, Loved ones etc.

Many Great Entrepreneurs that others like to Model have said "Birds of A Feather Flock together" and even, "If you want to know How financially successful you will be, take a look at the earnings of the people you spend the most time with.

So Definitely what we put in comes out, why is this so Important, well when one is attaining excellence an Excellent way to enhance and accelerate your experience is to make pictures of your desired outcome and engage :

Visual - What you will See
Auditory - What you will hear
Kinesthetic - How you will Feel when you succeed
Representations.


Doing mental Drills to rehearse what we will expect in the Long run, not only enhances our belief it also helps us begin the momentum necessary to make it happen, when we combine our efforts with the Energy of Spinning Feelings too inside our Core.
Any Law of Attraction Seekers understand that what you are feeling much of the time determines your life, your results and how you are perceived by others.

So practice for yourself and make it a ritual to do this regularly to begin to layer your beliefs and move closer toward it.

The Incredible Anthony Robbins

I have to say I am a major Tony Robbins Fan, I love his work and think he is great at what he does.
So I was disappointed when Breakthrough with Tony Robbins was Canceled.

Although I am not a TV watcher myself and wonder how many in his Audience of Massive Action takers really were going to be tuning in to his TV Show.

So, Too Bad the TV show didn't work out for him, I have watched two episodes that I enjoyed very well on Hulu (link included) and will tune in to see the rest as time permits.

Tony Robbins seems to attract strong responses in the NLP Community some like him some loath him, in spite of it all he is making a difference in the lives of the Masses and affecting many who love his brand of Personal Development.


I recommend his Book Unlimited Power, in my opinion it is still a great Timeless classic Personal Development with tons of Techniques to introduce people to the Philosophies of NLP and specifically State Change, Internal Representations, Strategies, Physiology and More.

It sells for practically nothing on Amazon, with 92 plus out of 148 reviews giving it 5 stars:


Have some Fun with it and check it out for yourself.
Many people tell me it has helped them get a more thorough understanding of other NLP books that were less personal Development oriented.

NLP - Spinning Feelings Changing Brain Chemistry on Demand | NLP is Fun

One of the Great Things about Feelings is that they can always be changed.
Taking control of your life means paying attention to how you feel, and Often.

Noticing how you feel is a great way of taking Action and beginning somewhere.
Next Time you Feel



Stop Every thing and Begin to notice where that Feeling is coming From and what sensations it is causing within your body, There will be a flow and Directional Feeling.
If you decide to change the Feeling of not having much Fun, Change the Direction and begin to Spin the feeling at a new intensity in the new Direction

What you are showing in your Mind movie makes a Massive Difference.
Play a Brand New Event, until you Loose the Old one that was making made you feel bad on Auto Play.

Get a Happy Merry go round picture going on in your internal representations - Can you remember a time as a child you enjoyed riding one of these ?

Can you remember the Sounds of the Music and the squeals of Delight and Laughter of all the Children with loved ones having a Great Time ?
One of the Things I remember is the smell of

As we would walk on the

And if I was reaaaaaaallllly lucky I would be allowed to have a Steaming Hot
Now what memories can you remember, that change your Brain chemistry Immediately ? Have some Fun with it, and Practice makes things seem much better much Faster.

Think in terms of unlimited possibilities and live better.
