NLP Milton Model Presuppositions | NLP is Fun

Neuro linguistic programming Milton Model Presuppositions

Hello, today on this NLP is Fun I will cover NLP Milton Model Presuppositions.
A Milton Model Presupposition in Neuro linguistic programming is defined as
"Something which has not been stated but is assumed to be included for the whole statement to be understood properly".

1. Subordinate clauses of time
Before, After, During, As, Since, Prior, When, While .... etc

  • Before you completely relax, remember to close your eyes and take a deep breath ..
  • After you have enjoyed the full effects of this session you will notice this problem has become a thing of the past.
  • During Trance you know the feeling of comfort will increase probably before you have even noticed

2. Ordinal Numerals
Another, First, Second, Third etc ...

  • Another 10 minutes will make all the difference to perfecting this steak
  • First, sit comfortably inside the Trance Chair and then allow the magic to happen
  • Second, now that you have decided to completely relax just enjoy the sensation.

3. Use of Or
  • The Word "Or" between the given choices
  • Do you prefer your Chocolate drink Cold or Hot
  • Will you design the patio later today or tomorrow
  • Does going in a trance now or going all the way down later interest you the most

4. Awareness predicates
Know, Aware, Realize, notice ... etc

  • You may know more about solving this problem than you once felt
  • You might be aware that everything is now changing
  • Do you realize going into a trance even now is simpler than ever, relax

5. Adverbs & Adjectives
Deeply, Easily, curious, about ... etc

  • A person can even go deeply in to trance without even knowing how their unconscious mind works
  • There is no need to struggle to go into trance instead you may experience it easily now
  • I know you are curious about going into Trance aren't you
6. Change of time Verbs and Adverbs
Begin, End, Stop, Start, Continue, Proceed .. etc

  • As soon as you begin to notice you are relaxing you will be enjoying the sensation of a light trance
  • In the end the result is even more important than the process, isn't it
  • You can stop enjoying the healing effect of trance at any time, you know

7. Commentary Adjectives & Adverbs
Fortunately, Luckily, happily ... etc

  • Fortunately, you know how you can relax all by your self
  • Luckily for you are a great trance subject, and you flop straight into trance
  • Isn't it nice to see how Happily you make the best choice for yourself

I hope this was as much fun for you, as it was for me. Let me know how easily you use this and how quickly your results improve now.
Blessings.

A little assumption can go along way

As you let go of useless patterns ... that fade away ...
Ever so quickly ..
U intensify the Enjoyment of your New Habits.

The power of Milton Model Language is that while it may be ambiguous it is also very powerful.

Once you accept the first part of this language pattern .... without questioning it..
Then you also .. Easily ..
Reap the benefit of the second part of the presupposition that slips deliciously into your unconscious mind.

Note:
Realize that I have not asked you to instead I have Begun with, "As you" which presupposes you will and you must do the first part of the statement before you will get the reward of the second half making it even more compelling.

How would you design a presupposition that sounds like a fact using this part a and b strategy.

Remember to Stack as many as you like (to bypass the critical faculty) because they work perfectly for conversational change as well as Hypnosis.

Cartesian Logic | NLP is Fun

Cartesian Logic is a very simple line of questioning attributable to Rene Descartes who was a French Philosopher in the 15 and 1600's.
It is a great way to examine questions and answers from every angle especially in a coaching setting.
Of course if you use this pattern for yourself you will enjoy it too.

The end result will determine the next steps to take, a result of logic all points toward the same answer.

The 4 Questions:

1.What would happen if you did

Inverse
2. What would happen if you didn't

Converse
3. What won't happen if you did

Non mirror image reverse
4. What won't happen if you didn't

Ready ?
Lets do a Demo :

Question
I am thinking about going for my masters in art history in 2012.

1.What would happen if you did ?

Answer
I would have a masters in Art History which would make me eligible for Teaching at professor level, thus giving me more choices.

2. What would happen if you didn't ?

Answer
I would not be eligible for some of the programmes I long to be involved in and I won't be able to teach Art History at Stanford University as I had hoped to do in 2014.

3. What won't happen if you did ?

Answer
I won't feel stuck with my life as I do now.

4. What won't happen if you didn't ?

Answer
I will not make as much progress as I want to in my career.

Conclusion
So in this Demo it appears logical to make the decision to go for the Masters.

Your Turn.
Why not take one of your own questions and put it through the cartesian logic paces and find your own logic.

NLP Language pattern Cleft Sentence | NLP is Fun

Let us Take a quick peek at some NLP - Hypnotic Language Did you know:
The more language patterns you do Consistently the better you will feel about Hypnotic language.

It is probably because of your persistence in practicing language patterns Daily That you find Interesting  ways to slip them elegantly into conversation.

Language Patterns can be Chunked down to Tiny chunks and practiced until you get a thorough understanding of how many ways you can use them.

Today we are Learning Cleft Sentence:
Here is another Example:

It was great Discipline on your part to continue studying NLP even when u got busy and I am sure that is why you are excelling right now.

It was the idea you had of making it fun in the first place that allows your Learning to happen so quickly

It is splendid the way you set aside a few moments each day to study NLP that is why you are doing so much better than those who are not.

It is useful to repeat examples 3 or 4 times and that is why the structure of this pattern becomes so obvious.

The Structure is becoming Obvious isn't it... It is a simple 3 step process:

1) "It" Begins the Frame
It is a presupposition which allows a person to accept more without second guessing or questioning what the speaker is suggesting.

2) That comes next and is followed by a solution.
It is because I put it first
that I then convinced you about that
3)= being the answer to your being  fabulous

Can you Notice how simply one can play with words and influence at the same time?
How many cleft sentences can you make immediately ?

Richard Bandler suggests doing around about 100 for each language pattern.
It is because you take the time to practice so much that you unconsciously run them off so perfectly ..

If you like this pattern, then share it with somebody who you would like to benefit from the empowering articles on our NLP Blog as well. Remember over 200 more articles to browse on NLP is Fun Enjoy.
